1. Who this site is

This website ("the site") is an informational showcase for Sewsie, a handmade tote bag and embroidery business. By browsing the site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. What the site is (and isn't)

The shop pages on this site display live stock pulled from Sewsie's catalog, and the "Buy now" and cart checkout buttons hand off to Square to actually process payment. This site itself never collects or stores your card details.

Bags and other listed items are sold through this site's shop, with payment processed securely by Square, and are subject to Square's own buyer terms and policies during checkout. The payment step of any purchase happens on Square's checkout page, not on this site, and Square's terms govern that transaction.

3. Product listings and availability

Every bag is handmade from upcycled and secondhand fabric in small batches or as one-off pieces. Because of this:

• Colours, prints and finishes shown on this site may vary slightly from the item you receive, since fabric, lighting and screens all differ.
• Once a fabric print sells out, it may never be restocked in the same way.
• The shop reflects live stock levels, but in rare cases (two people buying the last one at once) an order may need to be refunded if the item is no longer available.

4. Intellectual property

The text, photos, layout and branding on this site belong to Sewsie unless otherwise noted. You're welcome to link to the site or share it, but please don't copy the photos, designs or written content for your own commercial use without asking first.

5. Third-party links

This site links to Instagram and hands off to Square for checkout. Sewsie doesn't control those platforms and isn't responsible for their content, availability, or policies. Visiting or using them is at your own discretion and subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

6. No warranty

This site is provided "as is." While every effort is made to keep information accurate and up to date, Sewsie makes no guarantees that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly current with live stock or pricing.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sewsie isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. This doesn't limit any rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be excluded.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated occasionally as the business grows. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent change. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
